Baseball Drills - Hitting Problems? Check the Lower Half First

There are very few things more frustrating than an athlete, than on the plate as a knight and fight do not understand where the problem stems from. When I work with guys on, I concentrate entirely on the perfection of the functions has the lower body mechanics because of the impact on the lower body on the upper half. Trying to beat the upper body mechanics without the lower half of first trying to solve is how to build a house, starting not with the second floor outside the building in the basement --Work too well.

Some of the most common mistakes that can be ironed out with some common abdominal baseball drills are:

1. Reduce the back (shoulder diving)

2. Front (hip) under open

3. Leaning over the plate (upper body)

4. Hands extending from the body by Swing

Here's what when you are working with the lower body mechanics, your athletes during some baseball drills.

As the hitter shifts (some weight on his back and legLoad) before the split to see if the weight continues to remain on the back, as the swing starts. Many guys have this problem on her hips pushed forward to the pitcher during the initial phase of the swing. This problem (often called floating) is a major cause for some of the problems mentioned above.

Because I can understand that the visualization of the process I refer to in the text be tricky, there is an increased Hitting Mechanics 101 Video ebook I have created thatshows a smooth trigger and lower body mechanics. You can find the ebook you will find links to below.
